  • Owner

    LAVONNE BEAUTY

    Originally bicoastal between Los Angeles and NYC, Lavonne now resides in Little Rock. Over the past two decades, Lavonne’s work has been internationally published, and her clients have included Dillard’s, Oaklawn, Saracen, Airbnb, Weddings in Arkansas, Forever21, Hot Topic, Hearst, Condé Nast, Harper Collins, L’Oreal, PBS, ESPN, and Vogue to name a few.

    She worked as the lead makeup artist, groomer, and hairstylist for Gilt Groupe’s e-commerce and editorial division until 2015 when she took her career to freelance. She has worked with Yvonne Orji, Gloria Steinem, Rosario Dawson, Regina King, Debra Lee, Kerry Washington, Danai Gurira, Jeannie Mai, Betsey Johnson, Jaden Smith, and Cocoa Gauff. For many seasons, she was on the teams of Pat McGrath and Val Garland for fashion week in New York and Europe.

    Lavonne is a licensed esthetician, corrective beauty expert, microchanneling education trainer, owner of LB Bridal, a luxury mobile bridal team of artists and stylists and The Check Up From The Neck Up Studio + Co, a salon collective of private beauty suites.

    Meet Leighton! Ever since she can remember, she’s been captivated by the world of beauty and self-expression. Being an esthetician and makeup artist allows her to live her passion every day, and it's a journey that constantly inspires and fulfills her.

    Growing up, Leighton always found joy in experimenting with makeup and learning about different techniques. She wanted to have a career in the same field so, after graduating from UCA she went to Esthetician school.

    Leighton has 6 years of experience as a makeup artist and 3 years of experience as an Esthetician. She is blessed to work intimately with individuals, understanding their unique personalities and preferences.

    Whether she’s working on a special occasion makeup look, a relaxing facial, or brow/lash artistry; each interaction with her clients reinforces Leighton’s passion for what she does.

    Ari is a seasoned professional in the world of beauty, holding a license as a cosmetologist with over 5 years of experience. Specializing in natural hair, makeup, wigs, and more, Ari's passion for transforming looks has made them a sought-after stylist. As a proud alumni of Paul Mitchell, Ari graduated with honors on the Dean's List, excelling in cutting, color, and texture techniques. With a commitment to excellence and a keen eye for detail, Ari brings creativity and skill to every client, ensuring they feel confident and beautiful. Book with her at the Hair Bar for a blow out, silk press, take down, or braid up. She also takes clients in her own suite.

    My name is Christy. I am a licensed Permanent Makeup Artist and certified in 3D areola nipple restoration. I spent over 20 years working in the medical field, where I had the honor of meeting some of the strongest, most inspiring individuals—people who have endured life-changing traumas that deeply impacted their self-confidence.

    I realized that I wanted to empower women, to be a source of strength for those who needed it—not just listening to their stories, but walking alongside them in their journey to self-recovery. That calling inspired me to make a career shift into the beauty industry.

    In my spare time, I’m a painter. I aspire to use my creativity and artistic background to serve my clients in meaningful ways. I’m committed to continuing my education in tattooing and paramedical procedures, with a focus on permanent cosmetics for surgical scarring, scalp micropigmentation, and other corrective treatments.

    I launched my brand, Allyce Rose Permanent Cosmetics, with a simple mission: to perfect my craft so I can inspire others and help people rediscover what makes them feel truly beautiful.
